Activating a bunker on the air.
Hi,
I'm off to activate B/G-1435 tomorrow which also happens to be a POTA location with a SOTA (G/SE-010) about 1.5 miles away.
I'll be operating from around 11am BST for a few hours, batteries permitting.
Antennas will be SOTA/POTA portable antenna, I'll also be using the new EFRW Kit with a 12.m pole and counterpoises.
It will also be a good run for the old VW Van....

Hello, I'm John and I live on the Wirral. I have tried different antennas at this location but always come back to the half wave end fed. I have built the Radio Stuff kit with common mode choke and am using it as an inverted v for 40-10m.
