This is a tried-and-tested, highly portable and lightweight End-Fed Random Wire (EFRW) antenna.
 
Designed to be robust, efficient, and easy to deploy, it is ideal for multi-band operation in the field.
 
Built around a single Fair-Rite T140-43 core, the transformer features an efficient 9:1 winding, BNC connector, banana plug connections, and an integrated Velcro strap for convenience.
 
The Velcro strap secures the antenna wire onto the built-in winder for compact storage, and can also be used to fasten the transformer to an antenna mast or small branch during setup.
 
Perfect for SOTA, POTA, and BOTA activations, for 80m through to 6m (depending on your tuner).

The single T140-43 core is rated for up to 100W SSB or 25W CW/data (duty cycles apply).
 
Note:
This is a 9:1 EFRW antenna with 71 feet of wire. With the use of an antenna tuner, it should be possible to operate across bands from 80m to 6m.
 
For best performance, we recommend using the supplied counterpoise along with a portable common-mode choke.
 
Always check your SWR before operation to ensure a proper match between your transceiver and antenna.
