These compact TPU-printed dog bone connectors are designed for lightweight applications. 3D printed using flexible TPU, each connector measures just 3 cm in length and 8mm wide (at the widest point).
 
The wire holes have a 4 mm diameter, suitable for a range of wire sizes.
 
TPU is known for its exceptional strength and flexibility. During testing, we attached these connectors to ultralight antenna wire and applied tension—the wire failed before the connectors did.
 
Perfect for antenna projects and other lightweight setups.
 
Note
You may get a little fluff on these dog bone connectors, this is caused by strining on TPU and will come off with a light rub. However, we will do as much as we can to ensure these are as fuffless as possible.
